We currently ship to all governorates and cities across Egypt.

All orders are shipped through Bosta, one of Egypt’s leading shipping and delivery companies.

2. Packaging Quality

At Rozalinda, we use high-quality packaging materials to ensure your products arrive safely and securely.

Every order is carefully packed to protect perfumes, samples, travel sizes, and cosmetic products during transit.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The selected city
  • Delivery destination
  • Order details

Customers will see the exact shipping fee before completing their purchase.

4. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 3 business days after order confirmation.

Before shipping, our team may contact the customer via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the order details.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

If there is any issue with the shipment, including:

  • Lost packages
  • Delivery problems
  • Damaged items during shipping

We take full responsibility for resolving the issue and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they experience any delivery-related problem.

6. Refused or Canceled Shipments

If a customer confirms an order with us and the order is shipped, but then:

  • Cancels the shipment with the courier
  • Refuses to receive the package
  • Does not respond to delivery attempts

then future orders from that customer may:

  • Be automatically canceled, or
  • Require advance payment via Credit Card or InstaPay before shipping

This policy helps us reduce shipping losses and maintain fair service for all customers.
