2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product different from the one you originally ordered, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
In this case:
- We will send the correct item free of charge.
- We will cover all related shipping fees.
- The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear photos of the received items and packaging may be requested for verification.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
